1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using ParkPilot AI services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Service Description

ParkPilot AI provides AI-powered operational automation services for holiday park operators, including guest communication automation, inbox management, and task coordination.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws
• Not misuse or attempt to circumvent service limitations

4. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance.

5. Limitation of Liability

ParkPilot AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, all data will be securely deleted within 90 days.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
