Our Story
ParkPilot AI was founded by operators who experienced firsthand the operational challenges of running modern holiday parks. We saw teams overwhelmed by routine communications whilst trying to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
We recognised that whilst AI technology had advanced significantly, it wasn't being applied thoughtfully to the specific challenges of holiday park operations. Most solutions were either too generic or required abandoning existing systems.
We built ParkPilot AI to solve this problem: a purpose-built AI automation platform that integrates seamlessly with existing PMS systems, respects regulatory requirements, and keeps operators in control.
